When you call Lost our technology use’s the signal transmitted by your mobile telephone to establish your position. Should you need us, we can establish where you are in seconds and use that information to guide you to your destination.

Lost is not a replacement for Satellite Navigation systems, we are here simply as a standby for when you need a help. If you need the nearest Hospital or Police station in an emergency we can talk you right to the front door, equally if you are hungry at midnight you can ask us for a good Chinese restaurant within walking distance.

We do not use any automation, all calls are answered by our well trained staff here in the UK, 24 hours a day.

The 0845 call is charged at local rate but may be included in the free allotted calls in your mobile telephone monthly contract.
